My stay at Ten Manchester Street Hotel was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, allowing easy access to many local attractions. but the issues with service upon arrival left a sour impression. While my room was clean and well-maintained, I found the bed too soft for my liking. Overall, it’s a charming hotel but I might explore other options on my next visit.

My stay at Ten Manchester Street Hotel had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, being close to Baker Street tube and surrounded by charming cafes and shops. but the room I initially received was quite small and not very well-lit. On the bright side, the staff were attentive and made my experience feel special. a definite highlight of my visit.

While my initial room was small and dark with oversized furniture, the later upgrade to a Junior Suite was much better. The cleanliness was commendable overall.

The hotel is perfectly situated just a stone's throw from Marylebone's shops and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the city. The quiet street added a peaceful vibe, despite being in a busy area.

I chose not to have breakfast at the hotel this time, opting instead for a lovely Italian cafe nearby which was excellent. However, my previous experience with the hotel's breakfast was disappointing, with issues like burned eggs and incorrect orders.
Facilities

The hotel offers a unique cigar lounge and terrace that's a lovely touch for those who enjoy a good cigar. though the payment process felt a bit outdated. The amenities in the room were well-stocked but could use some refreshing overall.

I had a mix of experiences during my stay at Ten Manchester Street Hotel. The location was excellent, allowing me to easily explore central London. but I was surprised by the unexpected service charges and found the room temperature hard to control. While the beds were comfortable and my overall experience was pleasant, there were a few issues that detracted from an otherwise lovely experience.

I had a pretty good stay at Ten Manchester Street Hotel. The location was amazing, close to Baker Street and surrounded by cool restaurants and shops. However, I had some issues with the booking, as my breakfast inclusion didn't come through, which made my stay feel quite pricey. The room I stayed in was also on the smaller side and could use a refresh but overall, the staff were friendly and the amenities were nice.

Rooms
6.0
I went for a petite room which was just right for one person, but I can see it being a bit cramped for two. The room was clean but definitely on the smaller and darker side, with some oversized furniture that felt unnecessary.
Service

The staff were super friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed right away. However, I had a bit of disappointment when the hotel didn't honor my breakfast booking, and I had to deal with that myself.

The hotel is in a fab area, just a stone's throw from Marylebone High Street and Baker Street tube station, which made it a breeze to get around the city. It's a lovely quiet street despite being so close to busy areas.

Breakfast was a letdown for me. I had issues with the service and the food was average at best. It felt like there could be much better options elsewhere for the price I paid.
Facilities

The hotel had nice amenities like free Wi-Fi and a well-stocked mini bar. I also appreciated the quality toiletries provided, but I think a refresh of the decor is needed to keep things looking sharp.

6.4/10

I had mixed feelings about my recent stay at Ten Manchester Street. The location is fantastic, situated on a tranquil street yet close to lively Marylebone, making it easy to access shops and restaurants. However, my experience was marred by a breakfast booking issue that wasn't honored by the hotel, leaving me to sort it out myself. Additionally, while my room was clean, it felt small and somewhat outdated, with oversized furniture that took up too much space.

Rooms
6.0
My room was neat but quite dark and small. The oversized furniture made it feel cramped, which was disappointing. I appreciated the good selection of hot drink materials and quality toiletries, but I expected a fresher decor.
Service
7.0
Staff interaction was underwhelming my first night, specifically regarding the breakfast mix-up where I had to handle it myself. However, the cleaning staff were friendly and did an excellent job maintaining my room.
Location

I truly loved the location of the hotel. It’s just a short walk from Baker Street tube station and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The peaceful street was a lovely retreat from the hustle and bustle of London.
Dining
5.0
I had planned on enjoying breakfast at the hotel, but due to the booking issue, I ended up missing out on a meal. However, I noted there were tasty dining options available on the a la carte menu for other meals.
Facilities
6.0
While the hotel had good basic amenities, I wished for additional options typically available at boutique hotels. The space felt dated, and the absence of a dedicated breakfast service was unfortunate.
